From Financial Advisor to Real Estate Leader

Michael’s career began in the world of finance, where he quickly distinguished himself as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor. Joining Equitable Life Insurance, he helped individuals, families, and businesses craft and execute strategies to build and safeguard their wealth. His consultative, education-focused style resonated with clients; over the years, he managed portfolios for more than 1,500 households, overseeing more than $170 million in assets.

His expertise extended beyond numbers. Michael led regular seminars and on-site financial literacy programs, believing that knowledge is the key to confidence in economic decisions. He delivered tailored recommendations on investments and designed wealth management plans focused on both growth and protection. By combining rigorous research with a deep understanding of each client’s goals, Michael helped clients weather market changes and achieve long-term security.

Leadership, Mentorship, and Team Development

Michael’s strengths in strategy and communication propelled him into management at Equitable Life. As Vice President and a senior leader in the Boston office, he was instrumental in building a strong, values-driven culture. He recruited and mentored new advisors, developed training initiatives, and created pathways for team members to grow into leadership roles themselves. Under his guidance, the Retirement Benefits Group was nationally recognized, and several of his mentees advanced to management positions.

During his tenure in management, Michael’s impact expanded exponentially. He advised over 5,000 clients and oversaw assets worth more than $450 million. His approach—marked by empathy, professionalism, and a relentless commitment to education—helped advisors and clients alike realize their potential and reach their goals.
